There are some ways for your trainer to earn XP. Each degree’s complete XP requirement corresponds to the amount number, so at 1000 XP, you conclude degree one and move onto degree two, subsequently 2000 XP later, you move onto level three which needs 3000 XP before you can reach level four and so on.
